1) The search for a KB or for a mapping seems to be case sensitive.
I think it would be better case-insensitive.
2) The current location of the ``Add New Mapping'' and ``Search for a
mapping'' boxes on the lhs necessitates people to have very large
browser width. Moreover, when people are checking out a KB, they
usually check the existing content, before being able to add
anything. For these too reasons, it would be more practical to
rearrange UI in order to present mappings on the lhs. The Search
and Add boxes can be probably made narrow enough so as to present
them side by side, like

Knowledge base content:
