Currently, KBAs are edited like KBRs in the GUI, with
map-from---map-to being offered. Similarly, KBRs export line offers
export both as KBR and as KBA. This KBA/KBR mixture will make many
users perplexed.
We should clearly separate KBR from KBA. E.g. when we know we are
creating a new KBA, or editing an existing KBA, then we should not
show `Map To' column, and offer only one single column for values.
(For internal storage reasons, if the map-to column is required, it
could be completed by BibKnowledge automatically.) No need to show
two columns for KBAs. Ditto, no need to show `export as KBA' for KBR.
