*DEF_AUTHS* and *DEF_DEMO_AUTHS* in *access_control_config.py* have
*arglistid* and *optional* columns which should not need to be specified
there but that can be derived from *DEF_ACTIONS* directly.
At the moment correctly setting their value is causing more troubles than it
is useful.
