Short summary of meeting hold on 17 May 2006 between T. Simko, N. Robinson,
T. Osborne and JY. Le Meur.
Running the complete Citation process into the CDS production
environment includes:
- Re-process all backlog files with the latest reference
extraction technology
- Keep a log of all failures for statistics and future
improvments
- Set up the mecanism to support all new incoming records

Addition from a meeting with UDS-PUB section on 30 May 2006:
When editing a paper, the desktop publishing officer checks all
the references to format them correctly and add a link if
possible. This is all done manually.
The option of sending the file to the CDS 'citation engine'
that will return formatted references (with links) preferably
all in BibTex is requested.
