A new mechanism for enqueueing the changes requests. At the moment, if user
makes changes too fast ( faster than the server answers, the record is
assumed modified in a different location )
New changes should be delayed until previous changes are processed
(Another solution would be to extend the model by session identifiers ....
more complex)
