Create a new UDF function with old bibformat.
PRINT_N_FIRST_OCCURENCY [var,value,n,str]
Print str when var equals to value.
In case this function is used in a FOR ALL, it prints str(which can change
for each iteration) when var equals to value but maximum n times.
Update 81.BRIEF (old bibformat on CDSWEB & CDSWEBDEV) and use this new
function PRINT_N_FIRST_OCCURENCY in order to print only the first Icon found,
independently of the tirage number.

Updated 81.Detail on CDSWEBDEV and migrated it to CDSWEBDEV.
Display a link to modify the metadata which points to doc is the record has a
tag 970 otherwise to the new submission sytem on cdsweb.
Update 85.Detail on CDSWEBDEV and migrated it to CDSWEBDEV.
Display also a link to the video when the format of the video is 512x288.
Worked only for 384x288 previously.

Yesterday, dev->production update was done for the detailed formats of the
Periodicals and the Progress Reports. The following was done:
CDSWEBDEV->CDSWEB:
1) copied formats HDI_PERI, HDI_PROGRESS_REPORT
2) dumped and loaded all BEHAVIOUR config files. Table included if 690C=PERI
or 960.a=31, call HDI_PERI, and similarly for PR.
3) removed the declarations at the top of the formats HDI_PERI and
HDI_PROGRESS_REPORT, and put them into the CDS.CSS on CDSWEB.
4) Evaluation table: added 772.a, 780.a, 787.a, 785.a; these were new tags.
5) Img file for dev, journals.jpg, was at
sunuds99:/opt1/cdswebdev/var/www/img$. Copied to production.
6) the behaviours' order on CDSWEB picked up format '31.detail', hence,
over-wrote the name with '31.detail.obsolete' from CDSWEBDEV.
7) copied UDF table of all functions; needed create_resource_links_new.

I think a good way to proceed whenever we do development->production updates
for the formats is as follows:
1) develop and test the format on CDSWEBDEV
2) when the format is ready to go into production, list all modules/tables
that need to be copied CDSWEBDEV->CDSWEB
3) Document all steps, filenames, etc in Savannah task #3174: General cleanup
of brief and detailed formats
For good maintenance, it is vital that we log what we put on CDSWEB.

To accomplish this, a UDF was created (CREATE_STD_COPYRIGHT_NOTICE), which
checks the first 4 characters of a string to see if they are "ISO-". If yes,
it returns the above warning.
This UDF is called by the format "_FULL_STD_COPYRIGHT_NOTICE", which passes
it the value of the subfield "021__a". This format is included into the
"13.DETAIL" format at the top-level.
The result is that the copyright message is displayed for all "ISO"
standards.
Added the message first to the production machine in July, and now to the
develop machine.
