Currently CDS is using Shibboleth 1.3 to implement authentication at CERN.
Shibboleth 2.0 is also used by other services at CERN so, given the high
instability of release 1.3 (involving random crashes) integration and
migration to release 2.0 is desirable.

A GIT instance of CDS has been installed on <http://pcudssw1505.cern.ch/>. It
is running on SLC5 with Shibboleth 2.0
Using documentation available at:
<http://linux.web.cern.ch/linux/scientific5/docs/shibboleth.shtml>
Shibboleth has been set up but some problem are still to be solved.
