Some years ago, webcoll used to have a feature that is still
documented:
$ sudo -u apache /opt/cds-invenio/bin/webcoll -h
[...]
-c, --collection Update cache for the given collection only. [all]
[...]
If the collection name is immediately followed
by a plus sign, it will also update all its desdendants.
but that does not work anymore.
The feature should be put back (preferentially), or the docstring
should be amended (at the very least).
