We have CFG_WEBSTYLE_EMAIL_ADDRESSES_OBFUSCATION_MODE, but it would be
good to:
* Deploy email address obfuscation techniques to most other modules,
so that this variable would cover obfuscation globally.
* Rename CFG_WEBSTYLE_EMAIL_ADDRESSES_OBFUSCATION_MODE to more correct
(and shorter) CFG_WEBSTYLE_EMAIL_ADDRESS_OBFUSCATION. The variable
was not present in the previous release, so there is no problem in
doing so.
