    WebSearch: nearest term links and accented query

    * When a user query contained accented letters, and the user did not
      find hits for her query, then the nearest term box did not produce
      proper nearest term links. This is fixed now. Thanks to Cristian
      Bacchi for reporting this problem. (closes: #10313)

Searching e.g. for "equità" in Invenio/CDS this bring a "Nearest terms in
any collection" information paragraph where each word is linked to the same
search URL still containing the non existing word "equità":

<http://cdsweb.cern.ch/search?p=equità&c=CERN+Document+Server&sc=1>

This does not happen if the trailing accented character is dropped:

<http://cdsweb.cern.ch/search?p=equit&c=CERN+Document+Server&sc=1>
