It should be possible for cataloguers to call various bib checkers from the
BibEdit UI. For example, call BibCheck to check the completeness of the
record or its inconsistencies; or verify against duplicates.
A simple protocol is needed so that BibEdit would know what to display and
where in order to warn the cataloguer about bib checker's findings.
(This also depends on task #3439.)

Another use case is to call RefExtract to permit
cataloguers to compare and populate reference lists.
Ditto for calling BibClassify in order to populate classification keywords of
the document.
