1) The "verbose" option helps to edit records for non-MARC savvy people. But
we should complete the tag description so that a verbose textual information
is always proposed.
2) Sometimes it is needed to offer only certain fields for editing, e.g.
title only, or keywords only. An option is needed to pass a list of tags to
be editable, or more alternative display modes are needed beyond "MARC" and
"verbose". This could be later used e.g. by authors to make corrections
instead of having to use WebSubmit's MBI.
