Follow-up Comment #1, task #6352 (project cdsware):

The migration from the Publisher handler to our native URL handler continues
steadily, but slowly.

If we are going to move one day to WSGI -- see musings at
<https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/CDS/InvenioScalability> -- thet we
shall have to adapt our URL handler from mod_python to mod_wsgi anyway.

So, maybe we can take advantage of this migration and consider it as part of
the bigger move-to-wsgi project, in which case we can muse whether we cannot
take advantage some existing Pythonic web framework as well. E.g.
<http://webpy.org/> comes to mind: simple, suckless, supports WSGI natively.
We might take the URL handling part without the template part etc first.

To be investigated later, depending on the progress speed of the current
task.

All admin web interfaces still use the Publisher handler.
They should be migrated to the native Invenio URL handler,
with proper urlargd washing procedures and whatnot.
This will liberate /admin URLs from under the Publisher handler.
