Hi to all, (First of all please accept my apologies if this issue was mentioned before!)
There is a glitch in how utf8 names of collections are displayed in the 'search collections' box. This happens only with non-latin languages (ie. Greek/Russian) and with fairly large collection names. You may find attached two screenshots that display this issue, but you can verify it for yourselves in any "Atlantis Institute of Fictive Science" site!
My guess is that it's probably related to how large strings are stripped in order for "..." to be appended in the end. Obviously sometimes the double byte is split in two, so these strange characters are displayed.
It also seems that for utf8 collection names the maximum string length that is allowed to be displayed, is half of that of non-utf8 names :) So, if you spend some time dealing with the previous issue, please, if possible, allow the same length for both.
