In AUTH, WebSubmit is used heavily by librarians. The submission forms
contain hundreds of MARC tags. Currently it is necessary to introduce
WebSubmit elements for each of them. An easy way to enter any MARC tag into
websubmit forms is needed. (a kind of like bfe_field). This would ease the
job of creating MARC savvy submission forms.
