In case we decide to go for a live edition or in general as a useful feature
for the demo-site, it would be nice if, when displaying the youraccount page
of the superadmin user, warning messages are displayed in case:
* mysql password is the same as Invenio source code
* admin password is empty
* admin/alert email is set to [email protected] (and CFG_CERN_SITE = 0)
* a new release of Invenio has been released (this is easily doable by
putting e.g. a file RELEASE under http://cdsware.cern.ch/invenio that can be
downloaded and checked against current release).

I have moved the RELEASE into 'download' folder since this is where the
releases are put. E.g. I'm updating there RELEASE-NOTES file when making the
release, so it is easier to update RELEASE htere at the same time.
Eventually the latest version could be grepped from RELEASE-NOTES so we do
not have to maintain two files. :)
