There are many things to improve in the WebBasket module, but there is nobody
to work on this module at the moment... So if we want to savannize some "wild
ideas" of what has to be done
one day with baskets, then let us use priority=1 in order to easily
distiguish between (a) few-man-days tasks (urgent bug fixes that anyone can
take in free time) and (b) few-man-weeks tasks (considerable improvements
that require somebody to take over the overall WebBasket maintenance).

In the WebBasket web interface the relation between Baskets and Topics is not
totally clear. In particular it seems, when creating a first basket, that a
basket might contain more topics while the contrary is true. Reordering and
polishing the interface might be needed.
