Actually it would be a good idea to implement such a checkbox in one of
our demo submissions for demo purposes.  E.g. we can print a warning in
the DEMOPIC submission saying something like:

   The picture you are about to submit must be in public domain or you
   must be the copyright owner.

   [ ] Yes, I own the copyright and/or have rights on this pictures.

The DEMOPIC submission will not let the submitter through if the
submitter do not check this box.

Tony, can you please make such a DEMOPIC amendment and can you then
advise Theodoros?
