In transient or persistent modes, OAI repository fails to report through OAI
that a record has been "deleted" when it is no longer OAI-exposed and has not
been really deleted from the repository.
We should keep the information if a record was exposed through OAI at some
point in time, for eg. by prefixing/replacing the OAI identifier field with
"OAIDELETED", or saving this status into another field.
