I had a look and the second record with "Oganezov,R" is rec ID 7959
that is a record that had been deleted:
<http://cdsweb.cern.ch/search.py?recid=7959>
It used to be record 000002283WAI.
Now in the browse interface it still appears linked to "Oganezov,R"
because the author tables still contain this link. Ideally, before
offering browse results, I should look only at all public records, or
respect the collection we are browsing from.

Other improvals would be:
* to exploit the idxPHRASE tables (for speed)
* to put the selected word in the middle of the list (and not as the second
element)
* to exploit the rg argument
* to display a previous button
* to display results based on current collections and authorizations
* to not display phrases with 0 hits
