Currently BibTasks output information via write_message directly to
sys.stdout and sys.stderr only. It's bibsched that when it runs a bibtask it
redirects these stream to nice log files inside var/log/ directory.
This responsibility should be better moved to the bibtask itself so that
,even when it is run outside bibsched, a log is saved, and later someone will
still be able to see such logs via bibsched.
