test (was checking for existence of a wrong URL but because HEAD
wasn't implemented no 404 was ever returned).

* modules/bibupload/lib/bibupload.py: Improved checking of OAI
PROVENANCE subfield (if not specified it behaves like previous
implementation). Fixed bug in merge_marc_into_bibdocfile that
would have failed in case the provided bibdocfile URL don't
correspond to an existing docname. Thanks to Tony for spotting
this.
