Optionally, WebComment could make use of a WYSIWYG editor such as
FCKeditor. This is especially true if we allow file attachments (see task
#7145) as per the collaboration co-authorship needs.
Attached images might be suitably displayed inline inside the HTML comments
in order to facilitate discussions. The WYSIWYG editor should permit to
compose such 'multimedia' comments without requiring any advanced HTML
knowledge by the user.
