Because of the current WebSubmit architecture tricks like copying a function
to a new file called e.g. Move_File_to_Storage_bis.py, are needed if you want
to use twice the same WebSubmit function in a chain of functions in a given
step of a given action. (if you want to use it a third time you need to
invent a third name.)
