bibedit CLI tool provides an option to access previous revisions of a record.
(see task #6566).
It is needed to plug this functionality into BibEdit web interface.
When editing a record, the system should look if there is a previous version,
and if yes, a box should be offered from which
the cataloguer can inspect previous versions, see diffs, and load them.
The web tool can simply call the CLI tool and present results to the
cataloguer with options to submit it to BibEdit.
A common action here may be "undo" committed changes.
(Later on, when we shall have an AJAX record editor, the selective merging
and drag-n-dropping could work with previous versions too.)
