At the moment bibindex is using urllib for downloading remote fulltextes for
indexing them. This is broken with the new bibsched scheduler that ping with
UNIX signal the deamons. (as found before UNIX signals and UNIX sockets are
incompatible in Python). Either pinging should be disabled in bibsched (but
it is a useful feature to discover tasks gone crazy) or all download
operations in bibtasks should go trough e.g. bibdocfile.download_url that is
wrapping wget.
