Old CERN Bulletin articles are missing the following fields:
-773__c: number/position of the article in the issue
-773__n: issue number (WW/YYYY, eg: 26/2004)
-773__t: "CERN Bulletin" (always same value)
Some records are just missing some subfields only.
The 773 fields need to be added in order to move to the new WebJournal module
for these old articles.
