This has to be done by editing the source code. Open
search_engine.py, search for "XML DC", add a link to your new format
in a similar way, and restart Apache.
(Note that you can associate any format to any collection, but this
will only modify the ``Output formats'' option on the Advanced Search
interface pages for respective collections, not the Detailed record
pages for associated records. We shall add this.)
