Gabriel: "Initially we planned to have an interface where a Journal
responsible
can upload all the files that make up a Bulletin publication (CSS
files, BibFormat Templates). All these settings go to the
configuration.xml file in a Journal directory. For the moment the
settings have to be changed by hand in the xml file. It would be nice
to have an interface for this file. Also one might check there, if the
Journal was setup correctly and warn for errors."
