Currently if a bibtask or a script within mod_python have to submit a new
bibtask this is accomplished by firing os.system(...) as in the CLI
Since it's not possible to pass a password via this method hacks are
currently needed (used e.g. by bibupload) in order to skip at all
authentication for BibTasks often submitted in automated fashion.
A way to avoid these hacks would be to submit a bibtask directly from Python
by extending the current BibTask API.
