HTTP headers contain the ordered list of preferred languages of the user. Use
this information to display Invenio pages in this language.
Consider that it is maybe preferred to override the preference sent in the
HTTP header in the following cases:
* when the translation for this language is not complete.
* when the user has specifically clicked on a language (_?ln=XX_ in the URL)
* when the user has set a preferred language in his Invenio account (in the
case this feature is implemented one day)

user-chosen languages, grouped by priority ('q'). Eg:
