Often we have to include the CERN General Conditions in the IT and DO
documents - if you look in the http://cdsweb.cern.ch/record/1093662 you will
see them in theSubmission_Template :

Would it be possible to set up a selection box at the submission stage
enabling us to tick a box/select either one or both of the above-mentioned
