inveniogc should clean old WebJournal and RSS cache files.
A heavy use of RSS may create lots of RSS cache files (e.g. for every
different author query), so GC should not look only at the time of access,
but also at the number of allowed RSS cache files (a new CFG_* needed).
The WebJournal cache currently does not get invalidated by a record metadata
change after a bulletin was released, which is yet another reason to clean
them often (say every week).
