Could be a Content-Disposition "inline" vs "attachment" thing. Invenio's
bibdocfile uses "inline" to stream files. Have you checked how other
browsers behave on your Android 2.2 device? Say xScope?
(FWIW, things work well on N900/Maemo5.)
