#792: BibEdit: remove extra CLI file bibeditcache

In the `next` branch, a new CLI executable was introduced for BibEdit,
called `bibeditcache`. It should not be necessary to introduce a new extra
CLI executable for managing the cache. For the sake of administration
simplicity, it would be better to reuse the existing `bibedit` CLI
executable and to simply enrich it with new CLI options to manipulate the
cache.
