Unfortunately, no, we haven't tuned our MySQL server at all, we are
(still) running with Debian defaults. It is in my TODO list, and I've
kept some messages sent to the list about this subject. Unfortunately, we
are running without any MySQL dbadmin here :-(
It has been easier for me to add a couple of Python lines to one of our
running Invenio instances, so I've checked that I'm getting this error
only for the unpatched one.
