When function Create_Modify_Interface.py is used to create the interface
to modify (MBI) a record based on the submission interface (SBI), it
misses to include the client-side Javascript checks configured for the
SBI.
The checks should be retrieved
(websubmit_dblayer.get_element_check_description(..)) and added to the
form validation script prior to the submission of the form.
