Yeah, to fix this satisfactorily (and ironically your example didn't
wrap properly in my email, as you can see....) probably requires placing
the % with some javascript, and doing calculations based on the size of
the browser window and so forth.
I think a better thing would be to bless this stuff into production and
then make sure the format of the text/latex output matches one of EU or
US, and then people can just do a right-click-save-as rather than
cutting and pasting.
