One issue, is how to deal with internationalization. This isn't an issue
for arXiv, but should there be a more intelligent use of the idea behind
collectionname. Problem with collectionname is that it's tied to name,
and description may be one of more thing that occur. So, the question is
should we add a better mechanism. Or should we add it to collectionname
as another column.
