When a record is updated in the system, one may want to remove any pre-
formatted HTML Brief/Detailed formats from the bibfmt cache, so that the
site would always display the latest record information via on-the-fly
formatting, at the price of some performance penalty since the cache is
not used. The cache will then be recreated the next time bibreformat
runs.
