Mmh, I am not sure this is really a duplicate of ticket:794. I would
rather see it as a parallel improvement. Currently it's true that drifting
exist (for any task), and this is not really a feature and admin
scheduling tasks are not expecting it to be there. When an admin configure
a task to run every 1h it expect it so, rather than have it run every 1h +
random delay. The flag suggested in ticket:794 might definitively help
tasks not conflicting with other to be executed on time, but fixing the
algorithm of re-scheduling would in general improve the predictability of
when task are finally executed.
