Strings like //Famous papers// are not I18N-ised in
`CFG_CITESUMMARY_FAME_THRESHOLDS` in `search_engine_summarizer.py`. So
they stay in English even if the page is otherwise displayed in French.
We should I18N-ise them.
(BTW, the INSPIRE production page looks different now.)
