#906: BibEdit: garbage-collect old temporary files

BibEdit, MultiEdit and friends store files in tmp and tmp-shared that are
never garbage-collected. Entries should be created in `inveniogc` to take
care of this, similarly to how other tmp files are treated. (Say zip
after one week, delete after 30 days.)
