WebStyle: fluid width of the menu
* Deletes the fixed width of the menus of the websession_templates.py and
bibcirculation_templates.py files. (closes #312)
* Adds new file invenio-ie7.css with some specific styles for IE7.
* Adds aconditional comment in the webstyle_templates.py file, to force
IE7
to load the specific styles.
