BibIndex: fix author:Campbell-Wilson word query
* When CFG_BIBINDEX_AUTHOR_WORD_INDEX_EXCLUDE_FIRST_NAMES was False,
the hyphenated names such as Campbell-Wilson were not stored as such
in the word index, giving troubles finding them. This patch puts
hyphenated surname version into the word index, fixing the problem.
