What the status of (3) at the top, the request that links to citing papers
should be ordered in the default fashion. I was just checking DEV and it
does not seem to be working properly

These citing papers are still ordered by the number of their citations
which is wrong. As it's only the small piece "&rm=citation" doing this,
can this be fixed soon by itself?
