#994: BibFormat: bug when reporting format template errors

When, e.g. a template contains a non existing bibformat element, the
format status become '''Not OK''' as in the 1st screenshot. This is fine
but, if one then click on the '''Not OK''' link, he obtains strange
results as in the second screenshot.
Note: the check for missing format elements does take into account
comments, i.e. {{{<!-- <BFE_NOT_EXISTING /> -->}}} will be still reported
as an error.
