Against which repository and which branch is this patch meant? Invenio
//maint-1.0// and //master// branches do not use autobahn URL anymore
since March 14th. Maybe you run an older version?
Note also that the certificate bit does not seem to be necessary; Invenio
builder boxes install all jQuery targets just fine.
