this case absolutely coincide with the UNIMARC 017 "Other Standard
Identifier" use case (just with the same use of first indicator and "a" and
"2" subfields).

... Please, also remember the need to index the "Fixed-Length Data
Elements" (or "CODED DATA FIELD"),
with the possibility to select specific character positions in a given
string of coded data.
