at the moment this is still to be implemented.
The implementation would require to clone the WebSubmit function
Move_Files_to_Storage.py and enhance it in order to unzip/untar uploaded
document on the fly.
Note that the fulltext files architecture implemented in Invenio let you
attach files to a record without a complex hierarchy. Thus if the tar or zip
files contains a directory structure, this must be flattened. E.g.:
foo.zip
|--bar
| \--baz.pdf
\--buz
\--biz.ps
could be attached to the record as two docnames with one attached format each:
bar-baz.pdf
buz-biz.ps
